KNY28-12 ( the same as GZS1) indoor metal clad draw-out type switchgear cubicle (simply called switchgear)is the complete distributing device of the single busbar and sectional system of 3.6-12kV3phase and 50Hz,It is mainly used for transmitting of power plantmiddle and miniature generator, distributing of the industrial and mining enterprises and feeding and receiving of the secondary substation of the power system and starting of the high voltage electric motor etc., which is used for protecting and monitoring of the power system. This switchgear cubicle complies with the standards IEC298 and GB3906.It has a pushing trolley with load and it has the interlock function of protection the earthing switch from fault opening and closing the circuit breaker. It can be fitted with the ZN63A(VSI)vacuum circuit breaker as well as the VD4 vacuum circuit breaker made by ABB, It is a kind of distributing device with advantageous function indeed.

Configuration

Enclosure and others:The enclosure of this switchgear is made of imported thin steel sheet coated with Al and Zn, and is manufactured by CNC machine tool. Multi-folding process has been adopted to ensure the accuracy of the cabinet, well anti-corrosion property and antioxidation.

Handcart:The Handcart frames are also made of thin steel sheet and manufactured by CNC machine tools. And conjugation between the handcart and the cabinet is insulated and interlocked safely and flexible.

Compartments:Main electrical components of the switchgear have their own independent compartments, i.e.: circuit breaker handcart compartment, bus bar compartment, cable compartment and relay meter compartment.

Busbar compartment:Main bus bar is connected segmentally and fixed with the static contactor box through main bus bar sleeve and branch bus bar.

Cable compartment:As the middle-placed model is applied, the cable compartment is large. The current transformer and the grounding switcher are installed on the back wall of the compartment, while the lighting arrester is installed on the bottom and back of the compartment.
