GCK&GCL lowvoltage draw-out type switchgear cubicle is a new product developed by our company by introducing the advanced technology of domestic products,suitable for 3-phase 4-wire system or 3-phase 5-wire system power systems with AC 50Hz,60Hz,nominal voltage 660v,nominal current up to 4000A,and this equipment are used for electric motor control central,power distributing centre.The products of this series are applied to power stations,electric substations generator ,feeder,buildings,offices,airports,hospitals,industrial and mining establishments as electric system suited for the electricity, the feed,illumination,the motor control and the power compensation.And it meets the condition of the state,has higher-level technical performance indexes and can be suited to the requirement of the power market development.

characteristics:

1.enclosure and others.GCK type switchgear cubicle's main structure uses C type steel.Frame were assembled and welded,main frame has E=25,100mm and ø9.2mm holes for install modules,this makes internal installation very convenient.The enclosure has adequate strength,can withstand the compact of peak current,And at the same time ,it can keep the equipment away from the effect of assemble,freight and installation etc.

The internal arrangement is reliable,proper and meets the requirement of functions,there is adequate space for terminals,connection and repair maintenance.

There is pulley for cubicles' movement,the freight and movement of the cubicle is very convenient.

cubicles have different functional compartments,the device compartments,busbar compartments,cable compartments,all the units work independently,

protection level is IP30.

2.drawer

2.1 the drawer lay height and module number is 200mm.there are 5series include 2 units,1 unit,1.5unit,2units,3units,the sigle circuit rated current is under 400A.

2.2The change of drawer is only about the height,the width and depth don't change.

2.3there are mostly nice 1 unit drawers in one MCC cubicle.

2.4the input and output wires use different card type withdrawable device,generally one card connects device<200A.

2.5drawer's connection with cable room is held by primary and secondary plugs.

according to the design of unit circle, the drawers has reliable interlock, only when the switch is at the off position,the drawer units can be moved.Considering the need of adequate space in the drawer,so the drawers' minimum height is 200mm.Also can be made according to purchaser' s requirement.

Drawer' s has three position: operation, test, disconnection.All these positions can be locked.The drawers of the same scheme and the same capacity can be properly exchanged.

3.airway

The design and installation of the airway ensure there is no electrical arc or solutable metal rush out when the breaker working normally or short circuit occurs.

The size,shape and the installation position of airway,won' t decrease the enclosure' s strength.

The position of airway won' t decrease the enclosure' s IP degree.

4.compartment

The cubicle is divided into several compartments by clapboard, like busbar compartment,cable compartment,function unit, to satify following needs:

Prevent touching nearby units' electrical parts.

limit the accident arc' s expansion.

Prevent extra article goses into one compartment from another.

The clapboard is connected with grounding conductor, and the shape change of clapboard at compact won' t affect its safe distance to electrical articles.

The clapboard won' t have permanent shape change by the pressure due to the arc and air generated by breaker at breaking time.

The relay on the drawer can prevent the error from the vibration of the breakers or other device.

5.interlock

Without turn off the main swith,the door can' t open.

When enhance the management method,the hang lock can be used one the drawer' s handle, then it can be operated.

main and branch busbars

The material of busbar is high conducting rate.

The bracket of main busbar and busbar insulated material have low ability of absorbing humidity, within the usage life of the cubicle, the conducting ability won' t decrease.

All busbars in the cubicle are tinned, it can add sleeve at the nake part for customers' need, and press mark at the busbar crossing point.

Neutral busbar N, its rated current is not less than 50% of phase busbar.

6.Auxiliary circuit conducting wire

The material of auxiliary circuit conducting wire is insulated cable, which has characteristics that insulated voltage not less than 500V, the circuit section area is not less than 2.5mm2, the control circuit section area is not less than 1.5mm2, signal circuit section area is not less than 1.0mm2.

The cable' s both ends marked connection number, no terminals in the middle of the cables.

Secondary terminals, all marked numbers.

7.Earth protection

The PE busbar is through the whole cubicle, which is installed at the bottom of the cubicle, there are holes on the N of cable compartment and PE busbar, and it is wertically installed, fastened by insulated bar, N busbar section area is selectioned according to 7.1.3.4 of GB7251.1-2005.PE busbar section area is selectioned according to 7.4.3.1.7 of GB7251.1-2005.

The earthling protection circuit is composed by separate earthling busbar and conducting device' s naked parts and between them and earthling circuits.

All metal clapboard to separate conductors are effectively grounded.

PE busbar can withstand the strength from the freight, installation and the mechanical and thermal strength from single phase earthling short circuit faults.
